  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities 1. WWTP daily operation (CePIETSO). 1.1. To be appoint as WWTP Competent Person (CePIETSO) for T.M. and send to attend EiMas (D.O.E) competency course. 1.2. To ensure WWTP operation are run smoothly and Wastewater discharge from WWTP shall meet DOE Standard B, the test report shall report to DOE by Online Environmental Reporting (OER) system every month. 1.3. To lead and guide on carry out internal monitoring and test once time per day on raw wastewater, after sand filter wastewater and final discharge water for Fluoride test, COD, PH & turbidity and others parameter (if needed) and record in Final wastewater discharge monitoring record. 1.4. To check and ensure WWTP whole system and control panel are in good working condition. 1.5. To check and record in and discharge wastewater flow meter reading. 1.6. Raw wastewater from production. 1.6. PH adjuster & heavy metal removal tank. 1.6. Coagulant tank. 1.6. Flocculation tank. 1.7. To hourly monitor on incoming water flowrate, PH, temperature and chemical dosage & level. 1.8. To carry out troubleshooting and jag test on chemical process efficiency when WWTP system having problem. 1.9. To maintain aeration process efficiency and bacterial cultivation activities. 1.10. To check and monitor WWTP system capacity by measuring / monitoring water discharge from production. 1.11. All the sludge cake sends for further drying process by using Tumbling machine discharge hot air. 1.12. Loading dry sludge cake to truck for disposal, when reached 10 jumbo bags. All the sludges will be disposed as schedule waste 1.13. To take care WWTP cleanliness and 5S. 1.14. To collect water samples for send to external lab for water analysis on weekly basic. 2. Other responsibilities 2.1. Support in-house project work and troubleshooting work, prepare report on work progress. 2.2. WWTP chemical stock check and control. Data update on monthly basic. 2.3. Support Machine Repair / P.M. work Competency/ Requirements 1. Familiar with IETS operation, with at least 1 years of experience in manufacturing environment. 2. Diploma / Certificate in Chemical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
