- Partner and support the Senior Director to develop and implement PayNet Akar’s strategic objectives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including technology leaders, academia, government agencies, associations, etc. to support strategy execution.
- Program Management
- Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely deliverables and alignment with PayNet Akar’s goals.
- Monitor project milestones, address challenges, and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
- Execute Early Talent Initiatives
- Coordinate and deliver programs designed to nurture early talent for PayNet and the financial services industry.
- Ensure initiatives align with organizational goals and integrate both technical skills and values-driven behaviors.
- Stakeholder Communication and Engagement
- Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders, including senior leaders, technology partners, and educational institutions.
- Provide regular updates and participate in strategic discussions to ensure continued support for early talent programs.
- Leadership
- Guide and mentor team members to meet program objectives and align their efforts with PayNet Akar’s strategic vision.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, clarity, and accountability within the team.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree Social Sciences or relevant.
- Minimum OF 8 years of experience in leadership roles, with a focus in the Human Resources function, organizational development, program management or related areas.
- Proven track record of strategic collaboration and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering a culture of growth mindset, innovation and excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
