Position Summary:
The Sales Director will serve as Sales & Operations for the APAC market, responsible for growing the sales revenue of the company through both staffing and solutions revenue in APAC. The position holder will focus on customer retention and P&L management with career path.
The Sales Director is expected to coordinate closely with senior members of the organization, the VP of Sales and regional delivery teams to advance our market share.

- P&L management: Manage the existing book of business
- GTM Management:
- Build a plan to expand business by 15% revenue growth year after year– hire and build sales team
- Manage day to day sales progress
- Hire, develop and manage sales team on day to day basis
- APAC Operations: 20% of the role is to ensure MD can work with several stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, compliance etc.
- Oversee shared functions – finance, HR that operate locally and coordinate with corporate stakeholders
- Work with US MDs to drive more global account expansion in APAC region
Experience and Expertise:
- Dynamic, leader with strong business development background that can grow market share.
- General management/P&L experience and managing staff of 5-10.
- Prior experience in IT staffing industry – and focus will be in transitioning from staffing to more managed service and project delivery.
- Prior experience of developing a team and team structure.
- Able and experienced in managing and culturally diverse team.
- Understand local culture, laws, and customs.
- Strong leadership skills: coach, motivate and inspire staff to set vision and goals and exceed them.
- Experience in global accounts and cross selling is a plus.
- Experience in global delivery, relationships and managed services is a plus.
- Sales and/or Recruiter/Staffing/Projects Delivery management experience: Manage people and their activity
- Experience in strategic account planning and be able to coach team to elevate relationships in account through accurate qualification and value-based selling.
- Has strong hands-on operational experience with good understanding of local labor law and regulations.
- Develops processes within an expanding office.
- Experience/Working knowledge in working with local authorities

- 150K - $160k Base and 100% bonus potential.
