The Role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the workplace and enhancing employee experiences? Join us as a Talent & Employee Experience Advisor and be the first point of contact for our internal employees, handling their HR-related inquiries and requests. In this dynamic role, you'll coordinate recruitment activities, collaborate with various stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also have the opportunity to design creative job aids, analyze performance data, and participate in exciting HR projects. What will you do?

  • Be the first point of contact for our internal employees in handling their requests and inquiries related to HR matters, including company policies, HR system support, compensation, and recruitment. This interaction may occur via phone calls, emails, CRM tools, or live chats.
  • Work with our Talent Attraction partners to co-ordinate recruitment activities & related logistics while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This includes but not limited to posting vacancies on job boards, scheduling interviews, offer generation & pre-onboarding support.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders for daily operations, campaign or new program launches, issue escalation, and process modifications/alignment.
  • Ensure proper documentation & continuously update the internal standard operating guides/instructions as required.
  • Design creative job aids or articles and other reference materials to assist in resolving employee enquiries or issues.
  • Champion continuous improvement of systems or processes that drive efficiency in our operations.
  • Analyze monthly performance reports or data and share key insights with stakeholders in regular service review meetings.
  • May participate in HR projects or initiatives based on opportunities or as required.
  • Scope of support covers all countries in East Asia & Pacific.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline) or work/internship experience in HR.
  • Strong communication skills combined with collaborative & inclusive mindset.
  • Independent, resourceful & agile to adapt to a progressively evolving work environment.
  • Digital savvy and creative individuals with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Good computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), experience with recruiting systems or CRM tools would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English. Could be an advantage if you have basic communication skills in Japanese, Korean or any other Asian languages.
  • Open for Fresh Graduates.
