What You'll Do

As a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the continuous improvement initiatives across various plants within the region. You will be instrumental in building team capabilities for sustainable results and deploying CI tools for effective reporting. Your role will involve conducting regular performance calls, participating in discussions with CI leads, and driving process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement through an analysis of OEE.

  • Conduct monthly performance calls with the local Continuous Improvement team.
  • Participate in monthly calls with continuous improvement leads.
  • Build team capabilities across regional plants for sustainable results.
  • Assist in creating training materials and conduct regional assessments.
  • Deploy Continuous Improvement tools and implement reporting digitalisation.
  • Drive process improvements and develop performance metrics.
  • Drive regional analysis of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) to identify areas of improvement.
