Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Executive located in Kuala Lumpur. The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging social media content and implementing digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage official website and various social media platforms. Creating engaging & shareable content and optimizing content for different platforms and target audiences.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM) on platforms like Google Ads.
  • Work closely with multimedia designers for any preparation and roll out of digital creative assets.
  • Develop and execute online & offline marketing campaigns.
  • Source and develop brand-related merchandise to support brand extension and user conversion
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Possesses at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in social media marketing management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts and campaigns (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
  • Team player, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Malay & Chinese.
