About You

We are looking for an Incident Management Analyst who is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive to join our Infrastructure team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic environment, and is excited to support incident resolution, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a reliable infrastructure for the organization.

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills are essential, along with experience in incident management, IT operations, or related support roles. The ability to analyze patterns, collaborate across teams, and prioritize issues effectively will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Record, categorize, and prioritize incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Track and manage incidents throughout their lifecycle, maintaining high-quality documentation.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and assist in generating detailed reports on incidents and resolution efforts.
  • Analyze incident trends and recurring issues to identify areas for system and process improvements.
  • Prepare regular Incident Management reports and present insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine incident response processes to improve team coordination and resolution times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in incident handling and infrastructure reliability.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in incident management, IT operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with incident reporting workflows and compliance standards.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting accuracy.


Good To Have

  • Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks; ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Experience in infrastructure monitoring and support teams.
  • Exposure to SaaS, or tech infrastructure environments.
