As we continue growing, we’re looking for a Growth Lead to drive our brand’s expansion through data-driven strategies and innovative marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Identify and experiment with new growth channels (organic, paid, partnerships, referral programs).
  • Optimize conversion funnels across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Track and analyze key growth metrics (ROAS, CR, CPC, CTR, ).
  • Run A/B tests on marketing campaigns, website UX, and content strategies.
  • Use data insights to improve engagement, reach, and customer lifetime value.
  • Work closely with the content team to create engaging, viral, and high-converting content.
  • Develop strategies for organic growth (SEO, social media trends, influencer collaborations).
  • Manage and optimize ad spend across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Set up retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing/ Growth Marketing position.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of growth hacking tactics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience in performance marketing and paid ad strategies.
  • Ability to strategize viral and organic marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM & email marketing tools
