Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Sales Manager who thrives on closing deals and driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry for success, takes full ownership of the sales process, and collaborates effectively across teams to deliver meaningful solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity progression, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and implement the Go-to-market strategy, which includes engaging with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and participating in networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the operations team to develop customized strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform detailed market analysis to include competitor research and customer segmentation, supporting informed strategic decision-making.
  • Use market insights to refine sales strategies, optimize resource allocation, and take advantage of emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in Fintech, BPO Collection ,Tech, SaaS and AI industries.
  • Proven track record in both new business development and account growth.
  • Strong experience in partnership development, including channel sales, partner onboarding, and co-selling strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset—proactive, driven, and outcome-oriented.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai or other regional languages is a plus.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.
