Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Officer to the Chairman based in Petaling Jaya. The Special Officer to the Chairman will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, manage schedules and correspondence, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. The officer will also be responsible for preparing reports, minutes of meetings, and other necessary documentation. Additionally, they will provide strategic support, conduct research, and manage special projects as assigned by the Chairman.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in preparing reports, minutes of meetings, and other documentation
- Capability to conduct research and manage special projects
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Relevant experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
