  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

The position will oversee the accounting functions for the Malaysia branch, including financial reporting, tax filling, and auditing processes. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial and tax records, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and company policies, and liaising with both local and HO accounting teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monthly PIT processing
  • Registering new crew Tax account
  • Doing tax clearance for ALL crew exiting Malaysia and resolving issues with IRB (if any).
  • Yearend computation & submission of CP8D & Borang E
  • Provision of crew documents for work permit renewal (including EA & Tax forms)
  • Attending to all IRB Payroll Tax Audits.
  • Doing PIT refunds.
  • Support Socso and EPF procedures.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Manager
