We’re hiring a Technical Customer Success Consultant to support enterprise-level clients while working from the comfort of your home in Malaysia. The Challenges:

Project Delivery & Implementation

  • Lead and support projects from kickoff to go-live—remotely or onsite when needed.
  • Collaborate with teams across Professional Services and Product Development to roll out effective solutions.
  • Identify and resolve project risks early to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Gather customer requirements, design configurations, and perform user testing.
  • Provide training and post-implementation support for successful system adoption.

Technical Support

  • Serve as the main technical contact for enterprise customers, offering support via phone, email, and web channels.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and follow through on complex issues related to software, configurations, and infrastructure.
  • Work closely with global teams and take part in scheduled standby support outside regular Malaysian hours.
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Share insights with the Product team to improve software and customer experience.
  • Help streamline internal processes for faster and more reliable service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest technical trends and continuously improve your skills.

What it Takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years in a technical consulting, implementation, or support role.
  • Independent and self-driven—you manage your time well and take full ownership of your tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to enterprise-level users.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision while staying aligned with a global team.
  • Flexible with work hours, especially when aligning with US-based clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills
  • Good understanding of Windows Server, Networking, Unified Communications, Telephony, and SQL.
  • Able to learn new systems quickly and apply knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • Experience working with enterprise environments or large-scale IT solutions is highly preferred.
