Our Malaysia office seeks a driven Project Management (Producer Based) to manage a key global brand account across APAC. You'll oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution, optimizing team output, and collaborating on process improvements.
What you'll do:
- Manage project lifecycles (planning, mobilization, execution).
- Develop project plans (budget, timelines, resources).
- Create SOWs, scopes, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Organize and track project assets.
- Utilize agency tools and processes (e.g., Workfront).
- Optimize resource allocation and team efficiency.
- Plan key project touchpoints (kick-offs, reviews).
- Ensure compliance with agency and client standards.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement.
- Understand the strategic context of your role.
- Proactively solve problems and apply past learnings.
- Foster strong team collaboration.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years project management experience (ideally in creative advertising).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with budget development and SOW writing.
