Job Overview
We’re hiring a Sales Outreach Specialist to support one of our clients, a growing edu-tech company based in Singapore. This remote, part-time role is focused on outbound lead engagement using an existing database. You’ll help drive interest in a flagship 6-month course priced between SGD 15,000–20,000 (up to 90% subsidized by the government) by initiating contact and scheduling appointments for the Sales team to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial outreach to leads from an internal database.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
- Deliver clear and compelling course information using a provided script.
- Track outreach activity and update lead status regularly.
Must-Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in tech or education).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with edtech or digital learning platforms.
