Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook.
- Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.
- Production process monitoring and assist CM with MP production transfer, stability and ready for final release.
- Coordinate with function team to improve production yield rate.
- Familiar with quality control system and ensure product requirement implementation accuracy at CM side.
- Preliminary failure analysis of process/ component defect to assist CM detect root cause and background data collection.
- Tracking CM/supplier’s improvement report, review feasibility and corrective action execution
- Education and/or Experience: BSEE,BSCS,MSEE,MSCS, BSEM, MSEM with less than 2 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process
- Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices
- Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection
- Around 2 to 5 years experience in PCBA field
- Willing to work on-site at CM factory
