The Job
At BoomGrow, the Sales and Marketing Team helps to tell a story of impact, innovation, and strategic partnerships. You will be at the forefront of our growth journey, shaping the narrative through sales, marketing and business development initiatives and forging strategic partnerships that drive our success.
Main Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Manager at BoomGrow, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Consistently exceed targets and performance-based goals.
- Be sales-driven and resourceful in achieving set KPIs.
- Build strategic partnerships with leading hospitality groups, distributors, and retailers, leveraging relationships to expand our network.
- Possess strong skills in objection handling, persuasion, creating urgency, and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience in F&B, Sales, or Business Development will also be considered.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within the hospitality or sustainability sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong experience with sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement, is highly valued.
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable using performance metrics and market data to inform business decisions.
- Proficiency in English is required for cross-team collaboration. Fluency in regional languages or dialects is a plus for building deeper relationships in local markets.
- Flexibility in work schedule – as businesses do not always operate on a standard 9-to-5 schedule.
- You are an out-of-the-box thinker who constantly challenges the status quo.
