Do you believe the sum of the parts is greater than the whole?

Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.

You'll be responsible for:

  • To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming/outgoing mails, update policy contract and medical card.
  • To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial service requests.
  • To assist in simple non-financial endorsement.
  • To assist in disposal exercise.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.

Important to your success:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant field of studies.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Ipoh Branch.
  • Minimum 3 months’ internship period.
  • Preferably to commence in July/August 2025.
  • A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
