- Support client interactions by preparing reports, presentations, and status updates.
Risk & Compliance Management:
- Assist in identifying project risks and dependencies, working closely with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GCP) relevant to the project scope.
- Maintain accurate project documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
Logistics Management:
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of medical events, including travel, accommodation, venue booking, and equipment procurement.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain a checklist for all logistics.
Documentation & reporting:
- Document meeting minutes, task updates, and key decisions.
- Prepare and share periodic reports on project progress with the Project Manager.
- Ensure all project-related documents are organized and easily accessible.
Project Tracker Maintenance:
- Maintain and update project trackers with real-time progress, deadlines, and task assignments.
- Share progress reports regularly with the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Highlight risks and delays in the tracker proactively.
