  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a BPO company based in Kompleks Kelanan Point (SS 7), Petaling Jaya (7 mins walking distance to LRT).

Position: Content Moderator (English speaker) - Social Media Project

Basic Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 2,300 (depends on experience)

Benefits:

  • Night shift allowance
  • Opportunity to be promoted (depends on performance)
  • Training is provided

Working Days / Hours: 5 days work, 2 days off / 24-hour rotational shift (9 hours per shift)

Tenure: 6-months contract

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in content moderation is an added advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Able to start immediately

    • Job Description:

    • Monitor and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards.
    • Detect and report potential issues or policy violations.
    • Work closely with the team to enhance and streamline content moderation procedures.
