RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality Management -Assist on processes, forms, procedures and support SCH’s application for ISO related accreditation and work place safety -Act as a focal point for the QMS of certification and accredited services -Be responsible for maintaining all documentation supporting the QMS -Collaborate with the Management team to identify opportunities for improvement -Propose strategies for optimal facility utilization -Facilitate and coordinate the development and deployment of any quality initiative to ensure fulfilment of SCH Quality goal -Partner with Business Unis to design and implement Quality Assurance Programme that is effective and fit for purpose. Compliance Management -Provide internal oversight of the QMS for accredited services and on certification Standard -Operating Procedures (ensuring processes are followed and records are kept, for example by conducting internal audits) -Periodically review Quality and GMP of the area for improvement and compliance -Co-ordinate organisational preparedness for annual accreditation audit -Co-ordinate the Appeals as well as Complaints and Non-conformity process for Certification and accredited services -Assure compliance with all internal (e.g. QM processes) and external (e.g. GS KPIs) requirements REQUIREMENTS: -Degree in Food Technology / Food Science with 5 years working experience -Preferably with experience in food regulatory affairs or with regional knowledge of food industry/regulatory requirements -Good documentation Practice, preferably with experience/knowledge on GMP, HACCP & ISO22000, FSSC22000 and Quality Management System, workplace safety and SHP -Able to work in a cross-cultural team in remote setting
