YOUR MISSION:
This position is responsible for designing and producing innovative graphic design content across websites and E-Commerce marketing channels to deliver a relevant and engaging customer experience, maximize conversion and drive sales.
Task 1: To design visually compelling graphics for digital content including website banner, campaign banner, social media, visual online advertisement, EDM for use across the company websites. Ensure all digital creative and front-end content produced is on brand, accessible, useable & meets best practice standards.
Task 2: Work closely with marketing team to ensure the design driven is incorporated and the marketing requirements is translated into compelling campaigns and designs.
Task 3: Work closely with the team E-Commerce Retail and IT in handling sourcing content gathering.
Task 4: Manage UI UX work with IT team to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency of the create vision.
Task 5: Be an active part in key meetings and in the organization, prepare and conduct regular business meetings/calls with marketplaces to review product performance and to optimize offering for the future season.
Task 6: Share, review and suggest improvements for promotion campaign banners, onsite page layout and general design.
YOUR TALENT:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Art Design Creative Multimedia Advertising, Media Mass Communications or relevant studied.
Professional: 2-3 years experience in graphic design, animation and video editing.
IT Skills: Expert Knowledge: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign, XD and Video editing.
Language Skills: English
