Senior Finance Executive

1. Supervise and review accounting entries for the General Ledger to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. 2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. 3. Analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. 4. Manage the company’s cash flow to maintain operational efficiency. 5. Develop strategies to improve arrears collection and manage legal and litigation cases on bad debtors. 6.Issuance of payments to creditors and invoices 7.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. 8. Prepare detailed tax breakdowns for income tax computation and ensure timely submission of tax filings. 9. Support the Finance Manager in financial forecasting and long-term planning. 10. Handle and resolve complex queries from tenants, parcel owners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Requirement : Education & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Professional certifications like ACCA, CPA atau CIMA (preferred but not mandatory) Experience • 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting • Previous experience in team leadership or supervision is an advantage Technical Knowledge • Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow management • Knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standard and taxation laws • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis
