Finance Executive
BECIS is a leading Energy as a Service (EaaS) provider to high-quality commercial and
industrial customers. With the EaaS model, BECIS develops, constructs, operates and owns
distributed energy solutions. This reduces the risk and complexity for our customers whilst
achieving their key objectives of sustainability, increased cost eƯiciency and resilience of
their energy infrastructure, all with no requirement for capital investment.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing activities and preparation of full sets of accounts i.e. end-to-end reporting
- Assist in overall finance and functions including accounts payable, invoicing, account receivable collections
- Process and monitor accounts payable function i.e. manage AP tracker, process weekly payment process
- Take control of staffs claim processing
- Provide support in weekly cash forecasting and budgeting, including information gathering from other departments.
- Assist Finance Manager in liaison with auditors, tax agents, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities for the year-end audit, corporate tax and withholding tax reporting
- Perform additional related tasks or assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Preferably with at least 1 year working experience (internship is acceptable).
- Audit experience is not a must, but an advantage
- Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, capable of multitasking and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
