Information Technology Network Specialist

As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for a Network & IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our passionate team of healthcare professionals and tech experts.
As part of our ICT team, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to support a 24/7 hospital environment. Your role ensures clinical systems, medical devices, and business applications remain secure, available, and efficient — ultimately enabling better healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic ICT Planning:
- Propose and implement ICT infrastructure (network, servers, virtual machines, storage, etc.) aligned with hospital growth plans and digital health strategies.
System Reliability & Performance:
- Monitor, maintain, upgrade, and support all ICT infrastructure to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and alignment with current healthcare IT best practices.
Infrastructure Ownership:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hospital IT infrastructure, including:
- Network and internet connectivity across clinical and support areas
- Server systems (physical and virtual) and secure data storage
- Data backup, disaster recovery protocols, and antivirus protection
Security & Compliance:
- Support the development and implementation of IT policies and SOPs that uphold patient data security, system integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
What You Bring:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Proven experience in healthcare ICT infrastructure, preferably in a hospital setting
- Expertise in networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), server management, Veeam, Huawei infra and cybersecurity
- Familiar with data protection protocols and medical information systems (e.g., EMR, HIS)
- Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Microsoft Certified System Admin or Engineer will be added advantages.
- Knowledge in healthcare will be added advantages.
