Process Optimization & Technology

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within banking, financial services, or fintech.

  • Proven ability to integrate HR technology, AI recruitment platforms, and automation into hiring processes.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
