- Plan and run online ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and XiaoHongShu to promote our catering services.
- Create content for social media (posts, captions, videos, reels).
- Update and improve the company website and help with SEO to boost search rankings.
- Work with influencers (KOLs) for brand promotions.
- Track ad performance and prepare reports.
- Create and send email campaigns and manage WhatsApx x xp auto-replies using SleekFlow.
- Help design flyers, brochures, and materials for events.
- Ensure all content matches our Halal and ISO-certified brand image.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media.
- Strong skills in video editing (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Able to create attractive visuals using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Familiar with Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Good writing skills in English and Chinese (Malay is a plus).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with social media trends.
- A team player with good time management and communication skills.
- Interest in food, events, and content creation.
- Able to create attractive visuals using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
