Make an impact
- Align Marketing Strategies with Business Goals: Ensure marketing strategies support the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Strategy Formation and Implementation: Develop and execute tactical marketing plans to optimize resources and drive success.
- Driven Data on Marketing Assessment Decisions: Lead and promote the use of metrics and critical review to improve the future marketing strategy.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify their needs, issues and concerns and reacting to them by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions.
- Oversee Campaign Effectiveness: Manage a portfolio of campaigns (advertising, promotion, other marketing) and execution of marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Optimize Budget and Resources: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to align with business priorities.
- Performance Management & Develop Marketing Capabilities: Evaluate the capabilities of team member, identify gaps and prioritize development activities for marketing team.
Bring to the team
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ marcom / equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in the similar capacity
- Stay up to date with marketing trends , tools and technology
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Strategic , creative mindset and result oriented mindset
