ob Description: CyberArk Remediation Lead — Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Position Title: CyberArk Remediation Lead Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Role Overview: The CyberArk Remediation Lead is responsible for driving and coordinating CyberArk remediation activities following a completed security assessment. This role involves planning and designing remediation initiatives, leading client teams through change implementation, testing, and deployment, and ensuring effective management of privileged access using CyberArk Core PAS components (CPM, PSM, EPV, PVWA). The ideal candidate is experienced in CyberArk design and implementation, capable of working independently, and comfortable reporting to senior project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Plan and design CyberArk remediation activities based on assessment findings. Lead client teams to implement, test, and deploy remediation changes across CyberArk Core PAS modules (CPM, PSM, EPV, PVWA). Oversee privileged account vaulting, PSM enforcement, credential rotation, and safe design to ensure robust security controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of CyberArk solutions. Provide subject matter expertise on CyberArk, privileged access management, and related best practices. Report progress, risks, and outcomes to the Accenture project management team. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CyberArk implementations and operations. Maintain documentation for remediation activities, configurations, and procedures. Stay updated on CyberArk product enhancements, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Experience with Conjur secrets management or CyberArk Privilege Cloud (CPC) is an added advantage. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in the design, implementation, and management of CyberArk Core PAS solutions (CPM, PSM, EPV, PVWA). Expertise in privileged account vaulting, PSM enforcement, credential rotation, and safe design. Strong ability to independently drive remediation projects and coordinate with client teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in reporting to senior management or project leadership. Knowledge of Conjur secrets management and/or CyberArk Privilege Cloud (CPC) is a plus. Relevant certifications such as CyberArk Defender or CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) are advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on CyberArk implementation experience and 5 years in IT/security roles. Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communicator and proactive collaborator. Added Advantage: Experience with secrets management solutions (e.g., Conjur) or CyberArk Privilege Cloud (CPC
