We are looking for driven individuals with the following critical capabilities to join our team:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in line with labour laws and company standards.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and KPIs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, resolve grievances, and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Facilitate in the preparation of training and development materials.
  • Support payroll activities in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Generate and analyse HR metrics and reports for management review.
  • Organise employee engagement programs, events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within the HRMS.
  • Assist in succession planning and workforce strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Diploma in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with HR software and systems.
