Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and facilitating customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing support, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in customer service processes.
