KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to convert operational and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics.
  • To drive for continuous business process improvements.
  • Drive discussion and alignment on important planning and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, standardize, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee organization’s budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing.
  • Work with senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the organization.
  • Support organization communication with the management team.
  • Perform general administrative duties.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in management, operations and leadership.
  • Working knowledge of ERP system such as SAP.
  • Solid understanding of financial management: budgeting, finance.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interface with multiple management levels and tailor messages accordingly while understanding impact of decisions on other organizations.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced, team environment.
  • Should assume responsibility and be proactive in taking initiatives to address issues, set direction and meet commitment.
