KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to convert operational and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics.
- To drive for continuous business process improvements.
- Drive discussion and alignment on important planning and strategy decisions.
- Develop, standardize, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee organization’s budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing.
- Work with senior stakeholders.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the organization.
- Support organization communication with the management team.
- Perform general administrative duties.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in management, operations and leadership.
- Working knowledge of ERP system such as SAP.
- Solid understanding of financial management: budgeting, finance.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interface with multiple management levels and tailor messages accordingly while understanding impact of decisions on other organizations.
- Must be able to work in fast paced, team environment.
- Should assume responsibility and be proactive in taking initiatives to address issues, set direction and meet commitment.
