Purpose of the Role: As an Account Manager, your will be responsible to drive the end-to-end revenue growth process in the country, by identify the opportunity, develop, cross and up selling, programs execution and adoption, success in promoting sales opportunities and strengthen the positive business relationship.
Responsibilities:-
- Drive the growth of the company by securing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for managing all client account matters and build a strong trusted relationship to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Forecast and identify sales pipelines and opportunities and negotiate contracts to ensure deals close to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams i.e. Marketing, Pre-sales, Delivery…etc. to ensure timely and effective solutions and projects time line aligned with the client needs.
- Monitor competition by gathering market intelligence and provide actionable insights and feedback to the company.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking engagements when needed.
Qualification:-
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or IT or related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in enterprise software sales, fintech, or banking technology.
- Proven track record in account management, business development, solution sales or related roles.
- Demonstrated strong ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated strong adaptability and problem-solving ability.
- Dynamic and enthusiasm personality; autonomy and able to work independently.
- Must posses authority to work in Malaysia.
