Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cash resources.
- Implement and maintain cash flow forecasting models.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure the team's effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within the IT industry.
