DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

• To provide full spectrum of business, secretarial and administrative support with Highly Confidential to Director

• To assist Director in resolving problems by monitoring the work progress closely and highlighting the risks observed and anticipated

.• To plan business meetings and company events as well as taking minutes during meetings

• Calendar managements including scheduling appointments, meetings or events.

• Travelling arrangements including car rental, flight ticket, accommodation booking, etc.

• Draft and prepare letters, reports, presentation materials and proposals as required

.• Communicate with all level regularly including internal, external parties on various subject.

.• Ensure follow up on outstanding matters with Business Contacts, Office & Project Site that require answers and/or response.

• Managed all statutory reporting timelines and alerted necessary departments before due dates on necessary actions to be taken.

• Undertake ad-hoc projects and Private and Confidential assignments that assigned by Director.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.

Candidate must be Young and Energetic.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.

Must be able to provide translation from Bahasa Malaysia or English to Chinese.

Candidate with Audit Background or Company Secretary would be a great advantage.

• Preferably candidates with immediate availability.

Salary range: RM6,500 – RM7,000
