Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a drive Business Development Representative to support our growth into Asia. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying and qualifying leads that can benefit from solutions. You’ll work closely with an Account Executive to generate pipeline, nurture relationships and ensure a seamless transition of prospects into the sales process.
To succeed in this role, you should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for outbound sales.
What you’ll do here:
Identify and qualify high-value prospects for solutions.
Engage potential customers through calls, email, linkedin outreach, and live events.
Use the SPICED sales methodology to qualify leads effectively.
Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and account executives.
Stay informed about new product offerings, pricing plans, and market trends.
Use Salesforce and sales engagement tools to track and manage prospecting efforts.
What we’re looking for:
1+ years of experience in an outbound sales or business development role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and Google Workspace.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
