  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Procore.
  • Regularly monitor construction progress, identify variances against the baseline, and update the schedule accordingly.
  • Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to coordinate activities and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and propose effective mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
  • Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and other planning documentation as required.
  • Assist in resource and cost loading of schedules to support project budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support the team in risk management, scenario planning, and delay analysis.
  • Participate in regular progress meetings and contribute insights for effective project control and decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment of the construction schedule with procurement and engineering deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning/scheduling within large-scale construction projects, preferably in Data Centre or similar industrial buildings.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
