About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to join our Human Capital & Administration team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR and administrative functions, offering a great opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful projects within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, interview coordination)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and interns
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases
  • Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other HR events
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence
  • Assist with internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Participate in process improvement and research projects as assigned
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling sensitive HR information

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM850.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
