Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines. b. Implement strategies to address delays or issues that may arise during the project. 5. Risk Management a. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. b. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle. 6. Stakeholder Communication a. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. b. Ensure effective communication and address stakeholder concerns promptly. 7. Quality Assurance a.
