Assistant RF Manager

Project Management • Providing Telecom network, pre / post project support & extendingcommunication facilities through planning, system design, installation,commissioning, operations & maintenance of applications concentrating onnetwork products. • Managing the complete range of project activities right from site survey toinstallation, testing, deployment and maintenance. • Coordinate with various Vendors, System Integrators and InternalDepartments for completing Projects within committed timelines. • Monitor project status during the course of periodic project review meetings. • Carrying out advance planning for resource mobilization, manpowerdeployment and render technical support, ensuring the execution ofprojects within time. • Ensuring the PAC of all the sites installed in the project. • Overseeing all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring andcontrolling processes. • Collect key milestone achievement primarily for Networks and compare withbase plan (status reports, time and budget). • Identify, access and analyses risks and issues & register risk analysis • Define and execute contingency plans, escalate if on critical path, resolveissues and mitigate risks. • Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and externalcommunication •Project management & co-ordination with Class-A vendors & OperatorHandling all the operational issues and dealing with customer and vendorfor project implementation and operation related issues.
