Job Description: • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for the Accounting and Reporting workstream. • Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring all test activities are completed on time and within budget. • Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure alignment on testing requirements and objectives. • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Ensure thorough testing of all modules, including Reporting, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Accounting Model, IFRS17 and Actuarial, Insurance, Re-insurance, Investment, Payroll, Procurement, Expense Allocation, and Consolidation. • Manage the integration testing with Azure Databricks Data Repository. • Identify, document, and track defects and ensure their resolution. • Implement and manage test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Python. • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. Qualifications • Experience Level: Proven experience in facilitating Agile teams that work on complex technical projects, preferably in data-driven environments • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of proven experience as a Test Manager, preferably in the finance or insurance industry. • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion and its modules. • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Selenium, Java, and Python. • Familiarity with Azure Databricks and data integration processes. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
