Job Description

We are looking for a service-oriented, growth-driven individual to take charge of training and content creation for our customers at JustLogin. You should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering impactful training and educational content that supports a smooth and successful customer experience. Familiarity with HR processes across Southeast Asia and a solid understanding of SaaS/cloud-based solutions will be a strong advantage.

Job Duties

Training and Enablement:

  • Conduct product training sessions for customers, covering both standard features and new enhancements.
  • Design and deliver engaging training materials, guides, and videos to support customer learning.
  • Support internal training needs, including onboarding of new team members and cross-training between teams.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and maintain help center FAQs, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Create clear and user-friendly walkthroughs, release notes, and training decks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop educational content around product updates and best practices.

Customer Engagement:

  • Assist with occasional onboarding activities when needed, ensuring a smooth handover to training.
  • Collect feedback during and after training sessions to identify content or knowledge gaps.
  • Act as a voice of the customer by relaying training-related insights to relevant teams.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and feedback.
  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree preferably in computer science, software engineering, instructional design, or any IT-related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in training, instructional content development, or customer education in a SaaS or HRMS environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with a keen eye for clarity and detail.
  • Experience with video conferencing and training platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong sense of initiative with the ability to explore and test system features independently to deepen product understanding.
  • HRDF certification is a plus.
  • Cantonese speaking skills are also a plus, especially for Hong Kong clients.
  • Ability to work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
