Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to source and deliver top-tier candidates for open positions using professional platforms, internal recruitment tools, social media, and job boards.
  • Manage the full talent acquisition process including proactive sourcing, resume screening, candidate assessment, background checks, interviews, and offer facilitation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support both current and future hiring needs.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry seminars to enhance employer branding and attract potential candidates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experiences in full cycle of Talent Acquisition, with focus on International or Local recruitment.
  • Proven ability to source, assess and place talent in overseas & local markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust candidates.
  • Self-discipline, goal driven, self-motivated and resourceful with can-do attitude.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and metrics.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms including job portals such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed & etc), Social Media, Networking Events, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will highly be preferred for communicating with Chinese-speaking talents.
