Job Responsibilities:

1. In terms of the strategy and business planning of the company, participate in strategy and business seminars from the BP perspective, and manage the organization planning, workforce planning and HR budget of SW team;

2. Based on the strategy and business objectives of the company and the actual situation of the diversified team, formulate and implement the performance appraisal and salary incentive policies to motivate employee and support local business development;

Qualifications:

2. 5+ years of HRBP management experience in large internet/e-commerce/game companies;

3. Good at HRBP organization management, performance appraisal, compensation incentives, and diversified team culture construction;

4.Soild HRBP experience in SW R&D companies and team management experience;

5. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
