Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Analyst to join our Internal Business Intelligence team within FP&A. In this role, you will focus on reporting, data analysis, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and performance management.

Ideal for individuals with a keen interest in data and business analytics, this position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally in a global environment, providing impactful insights to senior management and multiple business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Business Monitoring: Prepare and analyse business performance reports, tracking actuals vs. targets/budgets. Identify key performance drivers and their potential impacts.
  • Dashboarding & Visualization: Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports that turn raw data into meaningful business insights using tools like Power BI and MicroStrategy.
  • Scenario Simulations: Conduct business simulations to support pricing strategies, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Insight Generation: Translate data into strategic insights, highlighting opportunities, risks, and recommended actions to internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with partners across departments and regions, fostering a collaborative environment through regular engagement.
  • Project Management: Drive and support internal projects in alignment with company’s end-to-end project management standards.
  • Tool Utilization: Efficiently use enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and BI tools to perform daily tasks and analysis.
  • Process Improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve reporting and analysis processes.
  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of processes, methodologies, and insights.
  • Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of products and services to contextualize data and insights effectively.

Requirement

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Over 6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related functions.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) is a must.
  • Experience with tools like Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, MS Access is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Capable of working with large, complex datasets and translating them into insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and cross-cultural adaptability.
