Operational Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provides initial commissioning plans, as well as coordinates commissioning activities for successful delivery
- Support line manager to oversee residential PV and ESS systems support operations and handle escalation enquiries raised
- Provide after sales service support for key customers related residential PV and ESS systems through telephone and email to achieve good customer satisfaction
- Perform basic O&M by monitoring systems remotely and basic warranty work
- Provide support to the management team in daily operational tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration within the team.
- Track complex technical problems and coordinate with internal teams (technical and R&D team) to efficiently deliver high quality solutions to customers’ issues
- Communicate with the management, sales team and customers to support the business development
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in administrative or operational roles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
