Main Accountabilities:

  • Acts as the main point of contact for customers, authorities, subcontractors, and site personnel regarding HVAC control and automation, F&G detection systems, fire suppression systems (including fire water/foam pipes), and telecom matters.
  • Designs and engineers onshore and offshore E-house integration projects according to project specifications and international standards, including cabling and installation details.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of HVAC operation and control, F&G detection and suppression system design requirements.
  • Has basic knowledge of piping specifications and requirements.
  • Ensures the delivery of HVAC, F&G detection, and suppression systems according to project schedules and customer satisfaction.
  • Implements designs that meet customer specifications, international standards, and regulations.
  • Participates in commercial and technical evaluations for bids and vendor procurement.
  • Conducts technical reviews and follows up on schedules during detailed engineering, procurement, and assembly of sub-vendor equipment.
  • Coordinates with project team members from various business lines (project management, finance, scheduling, documentation, construction, installation, and commissioning).
  • Leads factory acceptance tests with clients and subcontractors.
  • Supports site commissioning activities to ensure complete project delivery.
  • Coordinates to close out all punch lists generated during FAT, MC ITR, and SAT.
  • Follows up on and closes deviation reports.
  • Ensures safety in design and on-site during commissioning activities.
  • Transfers accurate red line markups to As-Built documentation.
  • Submits documentation and As-Built documentation on time to support milestone invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience Marine & Offshore HVAC, F&G detection and suppression Projects.
  • Familiar with NFPA, SOLAS, MODU, API RP 505, IEC 60079 Standards, and DNV/ ABS/ etc class requirement.
  • Required to have knowledge in HVAC/ F&G testing and commissioning either in Offshore or Plant Projects.
  • Mandatory to have experience in Plants/ Offshore/ FPSO E-House project.
