Job Description •Handling full set account •Develop strategies based on financial research, plans for the short and long-term financial goals of the organization that work to minimize financial risk. •Monitor and managing the working capital, banking facilities, cash flow, budgets, expenditure and financial management including preparation of cash flow forecast and projections. •Manage, co-ordinate and review the company's audits and taxation matters to ensure full compliance with reporting deadlines, accounting standards and tax laws, which includes the preparation of relevant schedules to be provided to the auditors and tax agents to ensure their reliability. •Handling matters related to operations and Human Resource including purchase and payroll. •Handle general administrative duties and clerical support. •Verify documents, data key in & update accurately and timely. •In-charge on all matters related to operations and Human Resource including purchase and payroll. •Prepare foreign workers’ wages. •Review and implement HR procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure compliances and effectiveness on timely basis. •Support department operations including license renewal, payment submission. •Liaise with government agencies whenever required. •To organize and manage documents, record and filling for smooth data retrieving. •Handle basis correspondence, documents and follow-up function •In-charge for workers welfare •Monitor staff and workers performance. Requirement: •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent. •At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. •Proficient in Autocount system and Microsoft Excel. •Possesses strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills. •Independent, self-disciplined, self-motivated, an effective team player, and proactive approach to the working environment. •Possess basic management, good interpersonal and communication.
