Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Provide global operation support of Middleware technologies (IBM MQ, openFT and Kafka)
- Manage incident to analyse, investigate, fix known issues, provide work around to users and work towards timely resolution according to SLAs.
- Perform problem management
- Ensure system and support related documentation is maintained and up to date, documents known errors, workarounds and resolution plans.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Good communications skills (mainly English)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Programming language in Java and Pyhton. Knowledge on Kubernetes is a plus
- Last semester and able to start work if there is any position offer once internship completed.
