RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning & Operations

  • Track, review & evaluate success of beauty initiatives.
  • Collaborate with related stakeholders working toward success of company initiatives & KPIs.
  • Develop plans to materialize strategy & execution of beauty initiatives.
  • Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes.
  • Update Beauty Expert (BE) operational guidelines & tracking with objective to build teamwork within store team.
  • Perform routine store visits to ensure compliance.
  • Feedback problem/issues faced by BE & seek ways to support.
  • Familiar with info/announcements/guidelines by HQ (Operations Bulletin, SOP etc) to keep BE well informed.

People Management

  • Review BE development plan & identify changes/new trainings needed to cater to their needs.
  • Coordinate training plans with Learning & Development (L&D) & suppliers to ensure effective training curriculum.
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all BE employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
  • Conduct workshops, obtain feedback from attendees & perform evaluation.
  • Act as a coordinator for BE sales incentive scheme & evaluate performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferable candidate with qualification in Malaysia Skills Certificate (SKM) / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Beauty (Skin Care / Cosmetics).
  • At least 5 years of working experience.
  • Those possess Cidesco and Cibtac qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Those experience as Make Up Artist Coach or Artistry in Beauty retail / FMCG are welcome to apply.
  • Passion for beauty, professional makeup.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Required skills: Communication & interpersonal, multitasking, time management, people management, presentation skills.
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
