Summary of Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for overall sales administration functions for:
- Entire Spare Part Order Process Management (OTC)
- Process and coordinate RMA requests
- Service Support and Logistics as Back Office Function
- Order Management
- Overall order process management (SAP & SFDC)
- Support on Booking and Revenue Reporting
- Align with Finance and Selling Entity
- Support RMA requests and coordinate refurbishment orders
- Logistics
- Prepare shipping documents
- Coordinate global shipments
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in sales operations related jobs
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
- Experience of operating SAP and CRM (SFDC and BESS)
- Fluency in English; reading/writing and oral communication
- Bachelor degree in related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
